Your AI Team
Built on who you are. Runs while you sleep. Owned by you.
The AI side of what I do, on one page, for anyone who asks.
I walked into Wendy's for a Frosty and left with a job.
In my defense, the place was one French fry away from total collapse and I genuinely cannot walk past a broken system without doing something about it.
Occupational hazard of raising quadruplets. Or a side effect of being an Identity Leadership consultant. At this point I'm not sure where one ends and the other begins.
So when AI showed up, I did what I always do with a system. I took it apart, figured out which parts serve people and which parts just make noise, and built the version that serves people.
Here is what I actually do with it.
I build AI teams for speakers, coaches, and owner-led businesses.
Not a chatbot. Not another login. A small team of AI sidekicks, each with one job, trained on your voice, your stories, and your offers. It runs on your own account, on a schedule, whether or not your computer is on.
You stay the hero. You review, you decide, you send. The sidekicks do the finding, the researching, the writing, and the circling back.
The Identity Edge Engine
Meet Your Sidekick Squad
You
At the center. Your identity is what the whole team is built on, and what keeps it sounding like you.
Radar
Finds the right people. Events that pay speakers, organizations worth your time, nobody you already know.
Sleuth
Learns about each person before you ever say hello. Their own writing, their event, their real year and theme.
Echo
Writes in your voice, with your stories and your proof. Follow-ups build on what was actually sent.
Shield
Checks every draft. Sounds like you, nothing invented, nothing that reads like the last ten emails.
Boomerang
Circles back. Oldest first, holds and releases, quarterly check-ins after an event. No thread gets dropped.
Atlas
Holds the whole map. Keeps the record, runs the day in order, and sends your one brief every morning.
Why it starts with you
Everyone is rushing to implement AI. Few people are asking the most important question first.
Who are you?
I don't mean your job title. I mean what you stand for, how you talk, the stories only you can tell. An AI tool that does not know your brand, your voice, or your business is just a generic assistant wearing your logo.
So every build starts there. We get your identity written down first. Then the system gets built around it, one sidekick at a time, each doing one job well.
AI accentuates identity and accelerates influence. But only if identity comes first.
Build systems that serve people. Not systems people must serve.
What it looks like when it works
Spencer Horn is the President of Altium Leadership and a Certified Speaking Professional. His AI team has run every day since September 1, 2026, shared by Spencer and his two assistants through one pipeline.
One of its emails got him a call with an event's organizers.
They told him they get a lot of pitches, and his made them want to talk to him sooner rather than later. They want him as the anchor speaker they plan next year's event around.
From Spencer's call with the organizers, October 2026. Shared with his permission.
Who this is for
- Speakers
who want paid stages without giving their evenings to pitching. - Coaches
whose best clients came from real conversations, and who want more of those conversations started for them. - Owner-led businesses
where the owner still carries the follow-up, the outreach, and the writing, because until now only a person could.
Three ways to work with me
Build your AI team
It starts with a Discovery session. We look at what you already have, map what's ready and what needs building, and decide which sidekick comes first. Installed by me. Understood and owned by you.
